MA DESIGNER MAKER SITE

Our work in progress show is open from Thursday 26th 10-6, Friday 27th 10-9 (with drinks from 6pm-9pm) and Saturday 28th from 11am-4pm. 

 The venue is Hotel Elephant, 77-85 Newington Causeway, SE1 6BD (in between Borough High Street and Elephant and Castle) and the private view on Friday is part of the South London Art Map and last Fridays, please come along!

Details of a 6thC Egytian coptic tunic.

I went to see this exhibition of textiles collected by Seth Siegelaub for the CSROT last week at Raven Row.  It is on until 6th May if you have the chance to go.  There are some interesting textiles and some great head dresses - I have to say that it was these that caught my eye the most.
