This totem pole by Tim Paul was my favourite piece at Yorkshire Sculpture Park this weekend. It was made in 1982 from red cedar.
I also really loved this by Sol LeWitt
And I found a couple of bits of the writing about Eduardo Paolozzi interesting:
'Through casting interesting objects pressed into a wax sheet, he built up a library of impressions that were used in combination to create sculptures'
